Terms of Sale

All prices are expressed in Euros and are exclusive of VAT tax
Shipments will always be accompanied by regular commercial invoice
If a price has been published by mistake in an incorrect way, Mengdi Italia srl reserves the right to renounce the sale

No sales to private consumers.

Defective goods / Damaged shipment

In case of defective goods:

Defective goods can be returned to Mengdi Italia srl within 8 days from the date of delivery
The costs of packaging for the return of the defective goods will be borne by the customer
Defective goods will be either repaired or replaced by Mengdi Italia srl with the same item. If that is out of stock, another item of equal value will be offered

In case of damaged shipment:

accept the shipment by signing the courier's bill with the words "Under Reserve"
